The speed reading method is a PDF file, which can be read on any platform, server or network, thanks to the Acrobat Reader software.
The payment is made through the online payment service PayPal, which guarantees a safe transaction. A small padlock symbol at the bottom right of the page indicates that the payment is safe and encrypted.
The refund process is simple. It has three steps:
On the page « Contact us », fill in a form stating that you ask for a “refund” in the subject field. Then indicate your Paypal transaction’s number, your family name and your first name in the body of the message. Please also tell us why you want a refund, so that we can improve our service.
You will get an answer within three days, explaining that a refund demand has been made to PayPal.
Once you get this answer, you just have to wait for your bank account to receive the money (a few days on average, but some banks are slower). We insist on the fact that the duration of this last step has nothing to do with us or our good will.
